Last week when I decided to sit back and take a peek at the latest trends in design and web, I found a link to the 2017 most popular web design trends. There are quite a few trends that I agree with, however one trend I found quite amusing was the use of HTML tables and images. There’s nothing wrong with using HTML tables, but designs should be modern and using table grids to create design layouts is a throwback to before CSS and HTML was even a thing. As a designer, I see more and more sites that are overloaded with images and use of the tag ‘’ is a nuisance if you are using code to build your website. But for the most part, trends will change and things will fizzle out, and Content Marketing is what’s going to set the trends. With that said, there are many ways you can use the latest trends to your advantage as a designer.

In the 2023 release, Adobe has introduced a feature called Sensei that brings AI and machine learning technology to the UX and user interface for Photoshop. In Photoshop, you don’t need to “save” your image to send it elsewhere. And, you don’t need to “print it.” The image will just be a part of any cord you decide to drag. If you’re doing a color correction, you can even drag it to any color space you prefer online.
